SWEDISH 19TH CENTURY OVAL OCCASIONAL TABLE MADE IN SOLID BIRCH CIRCA 1880.
WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER THIS OCCASIONAL TABLE WHICH HAS UNUSUALLY BEEN MADE IN SOLID BIRCH. 4 PLANK SOLID BURR BIRCH TOP, FORMED INTO AN OVAL SHAPE. APRON FORMED OF SHAPED BIRCH SEGMENTS, WHICH RUN AROUND THE WHOLE BORDER. ALL RAISED ON A TURNED STEM AND 4 SCROLLING LEGS COMPLETE WITH SCRIBED DETAILING. TERMINATING ON A CARVED PAW FOOT WITH CLAWS.
MINOR SURFACE FADING, MINOR SURFACE MARKS, MINOR LOSSES TO SOME OF THE CLAWS ON THE FEET.
RICH GOLDEN COLOUR AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
