This large Georgian mahogany gate leg dining table, circa 1800, offers generous proportions with a solid one inch thick top and drop down leaves supported by swinging legs, seating a comfortable ten when open. The original colour and patina have been maintained, with a deep apron at both ends and hand carved pad feet. Showing expected surface marks from use, it remains ready for everyday enjoyment.

SOLID 1 INCH THICK TOP, DROP DOWN LEAVES ARE SUPPORTED BY 2 OF THE 4 LEGS, WHICH SWING OUT. ORIGINAL COLOUR AND PATINA HAS BEEN MAINTAINED. DEEP APRON BOTH ENDS, RAISED ON 4 LEGS WITH HAND CARVED PAD FOOT.

EXPECTED SURFACE MARKS / LIGHT SCRATCHING FROM USE. DEEP RICH COLOUR AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE, PROBABLY ONE OF THE LARGEST EXAMPLES OF THIS TYPE OF TABLE YOU WILL FIND.
