EARLY 20TH CENTURY SCANDINAVIAN FRUITWOOD ART DECO CENTER TABLE CIRCA 1920.
STUNNING SWEDISH CENTER TABLE WHICH COULD ALSO BE USED FOR AN OCCASIONAL DINING TABLE.
CIRCULAR TOP WITH STRIKING MATCHED VENEERS WHICH HAVE BEEN ARRANGED TO MAXIMUM EFFECT, EBONISED EDGE WITH AN APRON IN THE SAME WOOD. TOP HAS A KNEE HEIGHT FROM THE FLOOR TO UNDERSIDE OF 26 3/4″. SUPPORTED BY A OCTAGONAL SHAPED STEM WHICH LINKS TO THE SCALLOP SHAPED BASE WHICH HAS AN EBONISED SCROLLED FOOT ON EACH POINT.
RECENTLY RE-POLISHED IN OUR WORKSHOP, READY FOR ANY HOME OR GRAND ENTRANCE OR FOYER.
1 OR 2 VERY MINOR SURFACE INDENTATIONS TO TOP SURFACE FROM USE. VERY SMALL AREAS ON RESTORATION TO VENEER ON BASE.
