Description

This rustic dug out wooden server, circa 1900, began life as an Eastern European livestock feeder, hand-hollowed from a tree trunk. Showing no evidence of ever having been used for its original purpose, it now lends itself beautifully to display. There are clear surface marks and evidence of dead, inactive worm, which has been treated.

NO EVIDENCE OF THIS PIECE EVER BEING USED FOR IT’S PRIMARY PURPOSE, BUT IT’S IDEAL TODAY FOR TABLE DISPLAYS, RETAIL OR FOR EVEN BEING CONVERTED INTO BEING USED AS A SINK.
