MID 19TH CENTURY SWEDISH DECORATIVE COLUMN LONG CASE CLOCK CIRCA 1837.
BEAUTIFUL LONG CASE CLOCK FROM SWEDEN. MADE WITH A DECORATIVE FLUTED COLUMN WHICH FORMS A DEMI LUNE SHAPE. CLOCK FACE WITH ARABIC NUMERALS AND SIGNED BY MAKER FROM THE JONKOPING REGION.
LATER PAINT WHICH HAS NOW TAKEN ON A WEATHERED APPEARANCE. COMPLETE WITH WEIGHTS,PENDULUM AND WINDING HANDLE.
MOVEMENT HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY SERVICED, WITH A FULL BREAKDOWN OF THE OVERHAUL PROVIDED, IT KEEPS VERY GOOD TIME.
