ART DECO GLAZED AND OAK HABERDASHERY CABINET CIRCA 1930.

WE HAVE RE-CONDITIONED A NUMBER OF THIS TYPE OF PIECES OVER THE YEARS, BUT THIS ONE IS ONE OF THE FINEST.

MADE IN 2 SECTIONS, AS IT’S A VERY HEAVY ITEM AS 1 PIECE. TOP SECTION GLAZED ON 4 SIDES WITH REPLACED TOUGHENED GLASS WHICH IS ENCASED BY A BRUSHED STEEL FRAME. THIS SHOWCASES THE BANKS OF 5 SOLID OAK DRAWERS, WHICH GRADUATE IN SIZE TO ENHANCE THE DISPLAY. THERE IS 4 PERIOD LIGHTS, ALONG THE FRONT, WHICH ARE FITTED WITH NEW BULBS, BUT THIS IS UNTESTED AND THE WIRING WOULD NEED TO BE EXTENDED TO RE-INSTATE FOR USE.

RICH GOLDEN OAK COLOUR WHICH MAINTAINS ORIGINAL PATINATION.

BOTTOM SECTION COMPRISES OF 15 STORAGE DRAWERS, AND LIKE THE TOP ARE EACH FITTED WITH ORIGINAL POLISHED BRASS HANDLES. FIELDED OAK PANELS TO FRONTS AND SIDES. SUPPORTED BY 5 CAST METAL FEET.

THIS PIECE HAS BEEN LOVINGLY RESTORED TOP TO BOTTOM AND IS READY FOR ANY HOME, SHOP OR HOTEL TO BECOME THE CENTRE OF ATTENTION.
