Description

This Art Deco wall clock, retailed by Heal's in the 1930s, is crafted in oak with a convex round face edged in moulding. Applied brass numerals and hands mark the hours in Arabic numerals, with small brass circles for the minutes. Fitted with a Swiss-made 18 day Zenith movement, it has been tested and is working, keeping very good time.

WELL KNOWN ART DECO SWISS MADE WALL CLOCK RETAILED BY HEAL’S IN THE 1930’S. CONVEX SHAPED ROUND CLOCK FACE WITH MOULDED EDGE. DECORATED WITH APPLIED BRASS NUMERALS AND HANDS, MARKING THE HOURS IN ARABIC NUMERALS AND SMALL BRASS CIRCLES FOR THE MINUTES. MADE IN OAK AND FINISHED WITH A MOLDED EDGE.

FITTED WITH A SWISS MADE 18 DAY ZENITH MOVEMENT, COMPLETE WITH PRODUCTION STAMPS AND REPLACEMENT WINDING KEY, WHICH OPERATES THROUGH THE CENTRE OF THE HANDS
