FINE EXAMPLE OF A SMALL STRONG BOX WHICH PEOPLE USED TO KEEP THEIR VALUABLE’S SAFE IN.
PRESENTED IN A SCRAPED BACK CONDITION, WHICH HAS BEEN TAKEN BACK TO THE BARE WOODWORK. COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL ORNATE STRAP WORK AND KEY PLATE. ORIGINAL HANDLE TO LID WHICH OPENS TO REVEAL STORAGE SPACE.
WORKING LOCK AND ORIGINAL KEY.
