19TH CENTURY BLACK LACQUERED CHINESE SIDE TABLE CIRCA 1890.

PROFUSELY ORNATE TABLE, BLACK LACQUERED WITH HAND PAINTED GOLD LEAF DECORATION. SHAPED TOP SURFACE WITH HAND PAINTED TRADITIONAL SCENES, FLORALS IN EACH CORNER. FURTHER CARVED FREIZE AROUND THE TOP HAND DECORATED IN THE SAME.

SUPPORTED BY AN 8 SIDED STEM WHICH JOIN TO THE PIERCED SHAPED LEGS.

CLEAR AND UNFORTUNATE RUBBING AND LOSSES TO PAINTWORK. OLD REPAIRS TO BREAKS ON LEGS, WHICH ARE PHOTOGRAPHED. STRUCTURALLY STRONG AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
