Description

This 19th century Swedish tripod table, circa 1860, is beautifully veneered in burr birch with a square top and rounded corners. The fixed top sits on an ebonised turned stem, raised on three cabriole legs finishing in carved pad feet. A good quality piece of traditional furniture, it shows minor surface marks and one old repair to a leg.

SQUARE TOP WITH ROUNDED CORNERS, BEAUTIFULLY VENEERED IN BURR BIRCH. FIXED TOP SITS ON A TURNED STEM, WHICH HAS BEEN EBONISED. RAISED ON 3 CABRIOLE LEGS AND FINISHING ON A CARVED PAD FOOT.

IDEAL SIDE TABLE OR BREAKFAST TABLE.

MINOR SURFACE MARKS TO WOODWORK. 1 OLD REPAIR TO LEG.
