Description

This Gothic Revival butler's tray on stand, carved in oak and dating to circa 1890, offers a wonderfully practical antique for the living room. The two-plank tray features a moulded gallery with pierced tracery, turned finials and ornate brass carrying handles, resting on its original turned X-frame stand. Recently re-polished by hand in our workshop, it is ready for everyday use.

2 PLANK TOP WITH MOULDED GALLERY TO BACK AND SIDES, WITH A PIERCED TRACERY DESIGN. FURTHER DECORATED WITH TURNED FINIALS AND ORNATE BRASS CARRYING HANDLES. TRAY LOCATES ON THE TURNED X FRAME STAND, WHICH IS ALSO MADE IN OAK AND DECORATED WITH FINIALS.

GOOD RICH COLOUR. RECENTLY FULLY RE-POLISHED BY HAND IN OUR WORKSHOP AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
