BEAUTIFUL SMALL SCANDINAVIAN STRONG BOX, PRESENTED WITH SCRAPED BACK PAINT TO REVEAL ORIGINAL. FEINTLY STILL BARING ITS 1842 DATE, SLIGHT BLUE WASH ON THE METALWORK, CONTRASTING WITH THE BASE COLOUR. ORIGINAL HINGES AND CARRYING HANDLES. LID OPENS TO REVEAL A LATER PAINTED INTERIOR, COMPLETE WITH CANDLE BOX.
