PAIR OF 1930’s CARVED OAK OPEN BOOKCASES CIRCA 1930.

FINE QUALITY PAIR OF ART DECO PERIOD BOOKCASES, WITH AN ART NOUVEAU FEEL.

COMING IN A PAIR THIS PAIR OF BOOKCASE’S OFFERS MANY POSSIBILITIES AROUND THE HOME TO CREATE THAT PERSONAL MINI LIBRARY.

STEPPED TOPS WITH AN EGG AND DART CARVED EDGE AROUND THE FRONT AND SIDES. EACH FITTED WITH 2 ADJUSTABLE FULL WIDTH SHELVES, FLANKED EITHER SIDE APPLIED SWAGS WHICH RUN DOWN THE OUTSIDE EDGE IN A RECESSED PANEL. EACH STANDING ON 4 CARVED SLEDGE FEET.

VERY MINOR SURFACE MARKS FROM USE. PRESENTED IN A GOLDEN OAK FINISH AND RECENTLY RE-POLISHED IN OUR WORKSHOP AND READY FOR THE HOME.
