MID CENTURY ZENITH OAK WALL CLOCK CIRCA 1940 – 1950

FINE EXAMPLE OF A CONVEX SHAPED WALL CLOCK, BY THE WELL KNOWN MAKER ZENITH. POPULAR FOR RETAILING OUT OF HEALS OF LONDON DURING THE 1930’s.

THIS EXAMPLE HAS SILVERED HANDS AND MARKS TO DIVIDE THE HOURS, COMPLETE WITH THE ZENITH LOGO. WINDING THE CLOCK IS MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE CENTRE OF THE HANDS. ON THE REVERSE IS THE ZENITH SWISS MADE 18 DAY MOVEMENT AND STAMPED 21570.

RICH COLOUR LACQUERED APPEARANCE. WITH KEY BUT NOT THE ORIGINAL.
