UNUSUAL RUSTIC SWEDISH GARDEN FURNITURE MADE FROM SOLID PINE.
SET COMPRISES OF A TABLE AND 2 MATCHING BENCHES. TABLE WITH 3 PLANK TOP, TRESTLE ENDS SHAPED LIKE A HORSESHOE, UNITED BY A PEGGED STRETCHER. BENCHES HAVE A 2 PLANK SEAT WITH THE SAME SUPPORTS AS THE TABLE.
WOOD HAS NOW TAKEN ON A DESIRABLE SILVERED APPEARANCE, WITH EXPECTED SURFACE MARKS AND SHRINKAGE. JOINTS HAVE RECENTLY BEEN CHECKED FOR STABILITY AND IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND.
