MID 20TH CENTURY BIRCH CABINET LJUNGSTEDTSKA SKOLAN CIRCA 1955.

FINE QUALITY PIECE OF SWEDISH MID CENTURY DESIGNED FURNITURE FROM THE LINKOPING AREA AND PRODUCED BY LJUNGSTEDTSKA SKOLAN.

1 PIECE CABINET VENEERED IN A STRIKING BIRCH VENEER. DOUBLE DOOR TOP SECTION WHICH OPENS TO REVEAL A PARTIALLY FITTED INTERIOR CONSISTING OF 3 ADJUSTABLE SHELVES AND A PAIR OF DRAWERS. BOTTOM SECTION WITH 3 GRADUATING DRAWERS FITTED WITH BRASS SWAN NECK HANDLES. ALL WITH WORKING LOCKS AND KEYS.

STANDING ON 4 TAPERING LEGS.

RICH GOLDEN COLOUR ON THE OUTSIDE WITH A CONTRASTING LIGHTER BIRCH INTERIOR.

RECENTLY RE-FINISHED IN OUR WORKSHOP. VERY SMALL AREAS OF RESTORATION TO DRAWER ENDS, VERY SMALL AREA OF RESTORATION TO BACK EDGE.
