RUSTIC SWEDISH PAINTED PINE BLANKET BOX CIRCA 1866.
SIGNED WITH A NAME INSIDE THE LID AND A DATE OF 1866. PAINTED IN A PERIOD VIVID BLUE COLOUR AND BLACK PAINTED BRACKET FEET.
METAL HANDLES TO EACH SIDE, WITH METAL DECORATIVE STRAP WORK. ORIGINAL LOCK WHICH WE DISCOVERED WAS SIGNED WHEN IT WAS BEING RESTORED. REPLACEMENT KEY.
INTERIOR OF PINE WITH CANDLE BOX AND SMALL SHELF.
