This early 20th century New Haven banjo wall clock, circa 1910, is a good quality American Warwick example by the New Haven Clock Company. Made in oak with an 8 day compensated movement and original key, it shows expected minor surface marks and wear to the clock face, and will need testing for accurate time keeping.
