SWEDISH ROCOCO REVIVAL GILT WALL CLOCK BY WESTERSTRAND CIRCA 1950.
GOOD QUALITY ROCOCO INFLUENCED CLOCK BY WELL KNOWN SWEDISH MAKER WESTERSTRAND.
FITTED WITH A TWIN TRAIN 8 DAY MOVEMENT AND ORIGINAL PENDULUM. ENAMEL CLOCK FACE WITH ARABIC NUMERALS AND ORNATE PIERCED HANDS, CARVED SWAGS MOUNTED TO TOP OF CLOCK FACE, CARVED COLUMNS AND A HALF STARBURST SET IN FRONT OF A MIRRORED BACK, WITH FURTHER FINIALS AND CARVED DECORATION.
MINOR LOSSES TO GILT WORK. WE RECOMMEND THIS PIECE IS SERVICED FOR ACCURATE TIME KEEPING.
