This handsome 19th century Rococo Revival side table in walnut, circa 1830, shows real craftsmanship in its contrasting veneers arranged into a symmetrical design across the top. Decorative ormolu mounts adorn the shaped frieze, cabriole legs and feet. Showing expected age splits to the surface, it has been restored, is structurally sound and ready for everyday use.

TOP SURFACE WITH CONTRASTING WALNUT VENEERS ARRANGED INTO A SYMMETRICAL DESIGN. SHAPED FRIEZE WITH DECORATIVE ORMOLU MOUNTS ON EACH SIDE. FURTHER MOUNTS ON THE TOP OF CABRIOLE LEG AND TO THE BASE OF THE FOOT.
