A pair of Swedish painted pine coat hooks, circa 1960, formed from a 19th century painted panel adapted in the mid 20th century into a hanging coat peg rail using period pegs. Rustic in character and finished in white, the panel remains in original condition with paint losses and surface marks that lend it quiet charm.
