SET OF 6 19TH CENTURY CARVED OAK DINING CHAIRS CIRCA 1890.
GOOD QUALITY DINING CHAIRS, VERY MUCH LIKE DERBYSHIRE CHAIRS WITH THEIR SOLID OAK SEATS. SET COMPRISES OF 4 SINGLE AND 2 CARVER ARMCHAIRS, WHICH MAKES IT IDEAL FOR A SMALL DINING TABLE OR KITCHEN.
OPEN BACK RESTS WITH SPINDLES AND APPLIED DECORATION, ALL STANDING ON A FRONT TURNED LEG WITH STRAIGHT LEGS TO THE REAR AND UNITED BY A STRETCHER. SINGLE CHAIRS HAD A PADDED INSERT FIXED TO THE SEATS, BUT THE ORIGINAL OAK SEATS ARE STILL PRESENT AND COULD BE REMOVED IF DESIRED.
ARM CHAIRS WITH SLIGHTLY DIFFERING DIMENSIONS. EXPECTED MINOR SURFACE MARKS, BUT READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
