PAIR OF 19TH CENTURY EMPIRE REVIVAL WALNUT ARMCHAIRS CIRCA 1890.
VERY MUCH IN THE EMPIRE TASTE, WITH SHAPED ARMS THAT LEAD DOWN TO ORMOLU EGYPTIAN MOUNTS. APPLIED ROUNDELS TO THE TOP OF THE LEGS AND CARVED GILT LEAF DETAIL.
FABRIC WITH SOME STAINING WHICH SHOULD IMPROVE WITH A DEEP CLEAN. MINOR MARKS TO WOODWORK.
