Description

This Scandinavian low open bookcase, circa 1950, combines teak and zebrawood to handsome effect, with a strikingly grained teak top edged in zebrawood and further veneer detailing to the base. Very much in the Art Deco taste with its rounded edging and ebonised elements, it offers a central storage aperture flanked by two adjustable shelves each side, raised on ebonised sledge feet. Recently fully refurbished and re-polished by hand in our workshop, it is ready for everyday use.
