MID CENTURY ELM SIDEBOARD BY THYSELLS MOBLER CIRCA 1950.

POPULAR MODEL BY WELL KNOW MAKER THYSELLS MOBLER , THIS SIDEBOARD BEING DIFFERENT FROM THE NORM BEING MADE IN ELM WITH MASURIAN BIRCH CROSS BANDING.

ROUNDED SHAPED TOP SURFACE WITH MASURIAN BIRCH CROSS BANDED DETAILING. DOORS FINISHED IN FURTHER BURR VENEER AND INLAID METAL BORDER. DOUBLE DOOR CUPBOARD TO THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OPENS TO REVEAL A PARTIALLY FITTED INTERIOR OF 3 FITTED DRAWERS AND 2 SHELVES, EACH WITH EBONISED EDGING. SINGLE DOOR CUPBOARD TO THE LEFT WITH 3 SHELVES.

STANDING ON 4 TAPERED LEGS. MAKERS LABEL ON THE INSIDE DOOR.

GOOD RICH COLOUR, RECENTLY RE-FINISHED IN OUR WORKSHOP. MINOR SURFACE MARKS FROM USE.
