This mid 19th century Swedish painted pine rocking cradle, circa 1860, retains its original grey paint in the Gustavian style. Showing expected minor losses to the woodwork and wear to the paint, it has a replaced oak bottom board. A characterful piece for the bedroom, equally suited as decorative storage or simply as an object of quiet charm.
