Description

This fine English carved pine dome top fitted cabinet dates to circa 1760, in the Queen Anne style. Designed to sit flush within a wall recess, it carries an architectural carved cornice decorated with applied florals and swags, a domed interior with central carved shell, three shaped shelves and a double door cupboard below on a plinth base. Expected surface marks and fading are consistent with its age.
