MATCHED PAIR OF MID 20TH CENTURY SCANDINAVIAN CHESTS BY BODAFORS CIRCA 1957 AND 1961.
HE WE HAVE A NEAR PAIR OF TEAK CHEST OF DRAWERS DESIGNED BY BERTIL FRIDHAGEN FOR BODAFORS. OF THE SAME DIMENSIONS BUT WITH SLIGHT VARIATIONS DUE TO 4 YEARS DIFFERENCE IN WHICH THEY WERE MADE. THESE DIFFERENCES BEING A SLIGHT VARIATION IN COLOUR, 1 OUTER FRAME MADE IN OAK AND THE OTHER IN BEECH AND ONE CHEST WITHOUT A VENEERED BACK PANEL.
COULD FUNCTION IN THE LIVING ROOM OR EVEN AS A PAIR OF BEDSIDE TABLES.
MINOR SURFACE MARKS TO TOPS FROM USE, 1 SMALL AREA OF FILL TO THE TOP OF 1 DRAWER.
