Description

This late 19th century Swedish cabinet on chest, circa 1890, is crafted in birch with Art Nouveau inspiration. It comprises a glazed upper cupboard with lattice work detail and shelved storage above a fine quality two over three chest of drawers, fitted with ebonised handles and shield escutcheons, standing on tapered legs with ebonised detailing. Minor non-structural age splits to the top surface and two small indentations to one side are consistent with its age.

STANDING ON TAPERED LEGS WITH EBONISED DETAILING.

MINOR NON STRUCTURAL AGE SPLITS TO TOP SURFACE, 2 SMALL INDENTATIONS TO 1 SIDE, WHICH IS PHOTOGRAPHED.
