Description

This large rustic dugout bowl, hand carved from a solid section of tree trunk and hollowed using an adzed technique, dates to circa 1900. Eastern European in origin and lacquered in finish, it shows minor traces of dead, treated worm and expected surface marks from age and use.

THIS BOWL IS PRESENTED IN A LACQUERED FINISH, MAKING IT IDEAL FOR A TABLE DISPLAY OR RETAIL PURPOSES.
