Description

This large French Empire bronze ormolu table lamp, circa 1860, began life as a gas lamp before being converted to electricity in the 1930s. Its fluted bronze column rises from a triform base, adorned with ormolu mounts and finished in rich gilt. Fitted with cables but sold as untested, we recommend the wiring is properly serviced by a qualified electrician before use.
