Description

This delightful scale model of a Dutch windmill, circa 1920, is a charming piece of folk art made in pine and finished to imitate walnut. Hand-painted windows and doors simulate brass, while the metal sails carry fabric inserts, and a domed top is surmounted by a Norwegian flag. Fitted with a motor on a 110 volt system, it has been run on a voltage regulator; as with all old electrical items we recommend professional checking before use. Standing on a hexagonal base with fencing, steps and six cabriole legs, it makes a wonderfully decorative piece.
