Description

This Scandinavian carved pine cupboard, circa 1800, is a Swedish rural piece made from heavy pitch pine and finished in its original green-grey colour scheme. The single door opens to reveal four semi-adjustable shelves above a curved lower door with a restored working lock and replacement key. Sympathetic restoration, including treatment for worm and a replaced corner, has preserved its rustic character while keeping it structurally strong.
