Description

This early Victorian walnut inlaid tilt top occasional table, circa 1840, is beautifully inlaid in a symmetrical pattern with walnut, birch, coromandel and various burrs, finished with an outer walnut edge. The top tilts for display and storage, and the table stands on a barley twisted stem with carved solid legs and scrolled feet. There are restorations to the top surface, and it retains great colour and patina.
