FINE EXAMPLE OF VICTORIAN UP CYCLING WHICH WAS CONVERTED FROM AN EARLIER CELLARETTE. GOTHIC FRETWORK DESIGN, 4 TURNED COLUMNS ON EACH CORNER, STANDING ON A ROSEWOOD PLINTH BASE WITH BRASS CASTORS. TOP SEAT OPENS TO STORAGE SPACE.
