Description

This Danish carved barometer dates to circa 1890 and has been beautifully carved from a single piece of wood. A thermometer is set into the top, while the barometer itself carries a paper dial lettered in Danish. There are some losses to the carving on the outer edge and signs of water damage to the dial, lending it an honest, aged character.
