18TH CENTURY GEORGIAN MAHOGANY CHEST ON CHEST CIRCA 1790.
BEAUTIFUL CHEST ON CHEST OF GOOD PROPORTIONS, COMPRISING OF A TOP AND BOTTOM SECTION.
ELEGANT CORNICE WITH DENTIL GREEK KEY DECORATION GOING ROUND THE TOP. TOP SECTION COMPRISES OF 2 OVER 4 DRAWER LAYOUT. TOP DRAWERS WITH SECRET LOCKS. EACH DRAWER WITH COCK BEADED EDGE AND FITTED WITH ORIGINAL BRASS SWAN NECK HANDLES.
BOTTOM SECTION FITTED WITH 3 GRADUATING DEEP DRAWERS. STANDING ON BRACKET FEET WITH A PIERCED DETAIL TO THE FOOT.
GOOD RICH COLOUR AND PATINA EXPECTED MINOR SURFACE MARKS TO WOODWORK AND MINOR RESTORATIONS, RECENTLY RE-FINISHED AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
