Description

This grand Swedish day bed, circa 1900, is an Empire revival piece in pine, later painted white and standing on carved paw feet with original gilt and traces of original paint. Scrolled end supports give it real presence, while minor losses to the paintwork speak to its age. The covering remains usable but shows wear and would ideally benefit from replacement.

COVERING IN USABLE CONDITION, BUT SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR AND IDEALLY IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT.
