Description

A small Swedish birch chest of drawers by Bodafors, circa 1940, beautifully veneered in tiger birch with a rich golden colour. It has a slightly over-sailing top, four graduating drawers with hand carved handles and brass key holes, and stands on slightly splayed legs. The makers label remains in the top drawer. Fully refurbished in our workshop and hand polished, it is a fine quality piece of mid century craftsmanship.

HIGH LEVEL SPEC PIECE OF FURNITURE, BEAUTIFULLY VENEERED IN A TIGER BIRCH. SLIGHTLY OVER-SAILING TOP, AND FITTED WITH 4 GRADUATING DRAWERS, EACH FITTED WITH A HAND CARVED HANDLE AND BRASS KEY HOLE. RAISED ON SLIGHTLY SPLAYED LEGS. MAKERS LABEL IN THE TOP DRAWER.

FULLY REFURBISHED IN OUR WORKSHOP AND HAND POLISHED TO SHOWCASE IT’S RICH GOLDEN COLOUR. A FINE ADDITION TO ANY ROOM AROUND THE HOME.
