Description

This Victorian glazed sideboard in burr walnut dates to circa 1870 and offers a beautifully shaped front with a concave centre. The central glazed door is flanked by shaped doors at each end, all with two display shelves retaining their original velvet interiors, now naturally faded from daylight. Cross banding, stringing and applied ormolu mounts decorate the front, with original glass, good colour and patina, expected minor surface marks from use and minor restorations to the veneer.
