Description

This Swedish vanity mirror, made in birch circa 1880, is a good quality table top piece with a rectangular plate set beneath a carved cornice, pivoting between a pair of ebonised fluted supports. The rectangular base holds a single drawer and stands on small ebonised bun feet. There is minor loss to the original mirror plate and light surface marks to the woodwork.

RECTANGULAR MIRROR WITH CARVED CORNICE, ALLOWED TO PIVOT BETWEEN BETWEEN A PAIR OF EBONISED FLUTED SUPPORTS. RECTANGULAR BASE WITH A SINGLE DRAWER TO THE FRONT. RAISED ON SMALL EBONISED BUN FEET.

MINOR LOSS TO ORIGINAL MIRROR PLATE, MINOR SURFACE MARKS TO WOODWORK.
