Description

This good quality pair of Swedish woven plant stands, circa 1950, is made from stained birch and cane using traditional weaving techniques between wooden pegs to form circular containers for plant pots, each supported by a tripod base of interlocking canes. Showing some honest wear, with the stain rubbing in places and the bottom edge of three pegs no longer present, they retain plenty of rustic character.

IDEAL FOR USE IN THE GARDEN ROOM.

STAINED CANE WORK WITH SIGNS OF SOME OF THIS IS RUBBING OFF, BOTTOM EDGE OF 3 PEGS NO LONGER PRESENT. MINOR SURFACE MARKS.
