EARLY 20TH CENTURY HAND CARVED SOLID WOOD VESSEL CIRCA 1900.

HERE WE HAVE A LARGE OVER SIZED BOWL, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN USED TO FEED LIVESTOCK AT THE TURN OF THE 20TH CENTURY.

HAND CARVED FROM A SOLID PIECE OF WOOD, WITH A CARRYING HANDLE EACH END. NOW IDEAL FOR USE AS A LOG BASKET, HALLWAY STORAGE OR EVEN A CENTRE PIECE FOR THAT LARGE RUSTIC DINING TABLE.

AGE SPLIT TO BASE, WHICH HAS BEEN HAND STAPLED AT THE TIME OF MAKING. MINOR EVIDENCE OF DEAD INACTIVE TREATED WOOD WORM.
