MADE FROM IRON WITH VARIOUS DETAILING SUCH AS TWISTS AND MONKEY TAILS. POSSIBLY ADAPTED FROM A LARGER PIECE. DECORATED WITH BRASS TURNINGS AND FINIALS. STAMPED WITH A PARIS MAKER ON THE BASE. LATER PAINT.
