GOOD QUALITY INLAID SECRETAIRE CIRCA 1930.
OVERSAILING GREY MARBLE TOP WITH CANTED CORNERS. SINGLE DRAWER BELOW THE TOP SURFACE CROSS BANDED AND WITH ORMOLU MOUNTS. PROFUSELY INLAID FALL DROPS DOWN TO A WRITING HEIGHT OF 28 3/4″. INSIDE A PARTIALLY FITTED INTERIOR OF 6 DRAWERS AND PIGEON HOLES WITH FAN SHAPED MOUNTS.
BELOW THE FALL IS A FURTHER DRAWER, EMBELLISHED WITH FURTHER MOUNTS.
STANDING ON 4 TAPERED LEGS WITH BRASS TIPPED FEET.
