TURNED HAND RAILS ABOVE THE SEAT SURFACE. STANDING ON 4 SPLAYED LEGS. LATER PAINT WHICH HAS SINCE TAKEN ON A WEATHERED APPEARANCE. STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
